Richard Lyle worked for UK Trade & Investment helping British companies develop their business in Japan and Japanese companies expand their activities in the UK. Prior to that, he worked for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in their international purchasing division, buying equipment for power plants.
Mr.Lyle heads up Intralink’s Government Services group maintaining client relationships and ensuring consistent delivery across all the offices in N.E. Asia. He is a fluent Japanese speaker and is based in Tokyo.

At Beckhoff, the renowned automation company known for its development of EtherCAT technology, Mr. Kawano has been advocating for PC-based control solutions through TwinCAT automation software, benefiting local industries. Moreover, he has served as the former Vice President of the Board of Directors at German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan.
